Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking information at any time.

Delivery

Our shipping partners will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If you're not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to PO boxes for certain items due to size restrictions.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working to expand our reach in the future.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address or delivery preferences, please contact us immediately at info@luxehomewarecrew.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes, but we're happy to assist with returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@luxehomewarecrew.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
