Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you choose from Luxe Homeware Crew. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
If you'd like to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@luxehomewarecrew.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
4. Package your item securely in its original packaging
5. Send the item back using tracked shipping (we recommend Australia Post with tracking)
Please retain your tracking information until your return has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately and we'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We're happy to facilitate exchanges for different sizes, colours, or styles where available. Please contact us at info@luxehomewarecrew.com to arrange an exchange.
To ensure you receive your preferred item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the item you'd like and returning the original item for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in quality control and packaging, but occasionally issues may occur during transit or manufacturing.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxehomewarecrew.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or faulty item
• A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
